Gutter Warranty through Southern Gutters
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Southern Gutters proudly stands behind our professional seamless gutter installations with the following warranties:
1. 5-Year Leak Protection Warranty
Southern Gutters warrants that the installed seamless gutter system will be free from leaks due to defects in workmanship or installation for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation.
This warranty covers repairs to any leaks caused by improper installation, sagging, pulling loose, or failure to function properly.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover leaks or damage resulting from acts of nature (e.g., severe storms, hail, high winds), structural settling, lack of maintenance (e.g., clogged gutters from debris), modifications by others, or normal wear and tear. Regular cleaning and maintenance by the homeowner is required to keep this warranty valid.
2. Spectra Gutter Material Limited Lifetime Warranty
The aluminum gutter material supplied by Spectra Metal Sales is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in the material, including peeling, flaking, chipping, cracking, or blistering of the factory-applied finish under normal conditions.
This transferable warranty applies to the original homeowner for as long as they own the home and is prorated or limited for subsequent owners (refer to Spectra manufacturer's terms for full details).
Exclusions: Does not cover damage from improper installation (covered separately above), environmental factors, abuse, or lack of maintenance.
This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners upon notification to Southern Gutters. To file a claim, contact us with proof of installation and description of the issue. We will inspect and repair or replace covered components at our discretion.
